#1 Rumali Roti
Rumali roti is a thin flatbread popular in India and Pakistan. The bread is extremely thin and supple, and it is usually served folded like a handkerchief which probably how it derived its name from (Note: The word rumal means handkerchief in many north Indian languages).
The bread is usually made from a combination of whole and white wheat flours and is best cooked on top of an inverted Indian wok known as a ‘kadhai’. The size of the dough depends on the size of the wok.
The chapati is very famous in the Indian Subcontinent such as India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. It is made fro mixing whole wheat flour with water and optional salt. The dough is then cooked on a flat skillet. The larger the skillet, the more space for the dough to stretch an increase in size.

Also famous in the Indian subcontinent, the halwa paratha is unique in the sense that it is served sweet. The dough is hand stretched and is later deep fried inside a large bowl. Once the dough has risen, the oil is filtered out and the bread is served on top of a huge plate.
Unlike the flatbreads, the pizza is leavened with yeast. It originated from Italy and is famous all around Europe. Know, pizza can be found in almost every part of the world. There are multiple ways to prepare a pizza but the most basic is that it is topped with tomato sauce and cheese. The dough is then baked inside and oven.
