With the changing of the season, our bodies are prone to go through changes to adapt to the climate.

Our skin is affected the most by these changes as they are the most sensitive.

If you’re wondering on how to take care of your skin during these testing times, here are some tips that work like magic.

Prevention is always better than cure. It’s best to prepare your skin ahead for the upcoming shift in weather.

Invest in a good face cream that gives your skin rejuvenation. The last thing you want is to have dry, scaly skin during the cold season.

Make it a habit to apply lotion to your body right after a shower. The moisture content in your skin is highest after shower and the pores are opened. This will enhance quick and long-lasting absorption of moisture.

Next, is your diet. This is probably the most important tip of all. It is crucial to have a balanced diet to ensure healthy skin at all times.

Many like to eat hotpot during the cool weather. However, during this changing season period, your body is also in the process of adjusting and adapting. We should definitely eat less stimulating food, and add more fresh fruits and vegetables into our diet. Also, please ensure to get enough vitamins to enhance your resistance.

During the cold season, we like to close the doors and windows to keep us warm. But some ventilation is required to remove excess moisture to avoid the damp air to turn moldy. So when the sun is out, don’t forget to open the curtains and let the sun shines into the house.
