The phrase ‘love is blind’ has been used for centuries, dating back to Shakespearean times when the phrase became a favorite of the bard himself as appeared in a number of his plays. Modern-day research has found proof that this blindness is not just figurative because there is evidence that show that feelings of love suppressed activity in the area of the brain that controls critical thought.
With this being said, some maintain that love is something that individuals feel when two people care for each other immensely without prerequisites or conditions and this makes us ‘blind’ because love goes beyond what we perceive physically. The truest kind of love is that which blooms irrespective of the physical imperfections a person possess.
Mara and Elo were made for each other regardless of what the public’s opinion of the couple are
Mara and Elo are a couple of people who many internet users dub as the epitome of love as they represent true love in its purest form. Mara is stunning woman who would make heads turn in the streets because of her impeccable physique and beautiful features. Elo on the other hand, is a small person who believes he was born imperfect. And I feel so blessed and grateful, that you loved me despite my imperfections, always seeing the gold in me even if I reflect silver. I believe I’m the helpmate God’s design especially for you. And I promise to be the arms that you need to reach your star and the legs that you need to take too big steps. My arms and legs are made to be the extension of yours.”
Mara and Elo’s union is just one example of true and unconditional love
Their friends and family members who were gathered at the ceremony were visibly touched by their union because they know the pair personally and recognize the amazing couple for who they are and not how they look together.
Through the time they have been married, their relationship has only gotten stronger and they welcomed a healthy baby boy named Liam into the world not too long ago.
