Mother shares ingenius fake hand idea to soothe crying baby without getting tired

Taking care of a baby is never an easy task, what more when they’re crying! A newborn usually needs 24/7 care and attention, which is impossible without you out and making you all exhausted.

Looking after two infants means double the cuteness and surely double the trouble! Exhausted from taking care of her two preemies babies—16-month-old Jeremiah and two-month-old Anayah, a busy Massachusetts mother Abigail Rivera Garcia found a genius idea to soothe her babies.

Garcia is a mother of two.

Anayah has colic and reflux, hence the baby was super cranky and constantly wanted to be held due to her tummy discomfort.

“It got to the point where I couldn’t put her down for more than 10 minutes without her crying,” told Garcia to Love What Matters.

When she’s not crying, Anayah is just a ball of happiness.

To settle this problem, Garcia came across a clever tip to calm a crying baby online and give it a try. To her surprise, the tip actually worked for her baby!

What she did was she used her mother’s plastic glove, poured some rice into it and tightly tie it to make ‘fake hand’.

The fake hand actually looks cute.

“The moment I laid her down and placed the glove on her back, she stopped crying which was such a relief.”

Even when some people think that the plastic might be harmful to the baby, most are just fascinated by the idea when the mother shared it on Facebook and Garcia was just happy to get her short little break.

Garcia was glad she found her solution.
