One creative man from the Philippines knows just the best way to combine workout and doing laundry at the same time through his innovative creation.
Dandy AbdulMalik Vicentino from Davao City in Mindanao, The Philippines created a bicycle-powered washing machine from his junk exercise bicycle.
The washing machine will operate only when the user pedals the exercise bicycle in order to get the washing machine spinning.
The innovative invention is now getting a lot of attention on social media as many people praised his idea.
Dandy had this idea after it came to his attention that he had a junk exercise bicycle and a broken washing machine. After studying how the mechanism of a washing machine works, Vicentino later tried to connect the junk bicycle to the washing machine.
The belts and pulleys that are attached to the washing machine allow the machine to work just as fine as the electric ones.
He can even cycle in reverse to ensure that the clothes are well-cleaned.
Apart from the apparent benefit of reducing electric consumption, the bicycle-powered washing machine is also helpful when it comes to losing weight!
Now, there are no more excuses when it comes to exercising.
