- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoon of raw honey
- 400ml of water
Note: It’s better to use organic bananas and raw organic honey when making the syrup, but normal ones will do just fine too.
- Bring the water to boil and mash bananas with a wooden spoon.
- Add the water to your banana puree and let it cool for half an hour.
- Add honey and stir well.
Take 100ml of your banana cough remedy four times a day. Make sure to heat up the syrup before using it.
