You will need:
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 can of condensed milk (amount can be adjusted to your liking)
- 1 tablespoon ovalette (or any sponge cake stabilizer)
- 2 bottle caps of vanilla essence (use creamy vanilla for ideal flavor)
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a container or directly into the blender and blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Pour mixture into preferred container and store in the freezer for a few hours until it sets.
Voila! You have now prepared your very own ice cream. How easy is that?
Since this is a basic recipe, you can switch up and add in ingredients as per your liking.
