Vicente Botante is a superdad like no other. The 49-year-old tricycle driver from the Philippines garnered the attention of the online community when his story went viral on social media.
According to Coconuts Manila, a netizen by the name Mar Errol Buhat Diaconte posted on Facebook his encounter with Vicente.
He was waiting for a tricycle to ride back home after running errands for his mother.

He was approached by Vicente and the first thing he noticed was a baby attached to him using a baby carrier. Diaconte grew concerned but decided to ride with him.
Soon, his concern turned into respect for the father who was willing to work while taking care of his child.

Vicente was working in a construction worker when he befriended his ex-wife, Rose in September 2016.
They hailed from the same town and soon fell in love. Vicente quit his job and moved in with his beloved to start a new life. Unfortunately, after 11-month-old Rayve was born, she left him and the child.
It turned out that she was already married and had kids with her husband. Vicente knew he had to work to raise the baby all on his own.
Since there was no one to take care of Rayve, he was left with no choice but to bring her along in his tricycle.
