It’s a “small” world after all!
A real-life store shrinks 10 times into a diorama. The naked eye cannot compare the real one from the diorama just by looking at the photos.
He can shrink sceneries and objects, while a house can fit onto his palm, people who have seen his dioramas get immersed in them and are unable to believe their eyes. Experience the charm of the miniature models made by Taiwan’s diorama man, Mr. Zheng Hongzhang. His works have been the attractions of many museums across Taiwan.
Zheng Hongzhang uses recycled materials and things that other people dispose of and uses them to re-create the perfect “scenery” into life-like dioramas. He has won the Japanese “Hall-level miniature model competition” championship.

The miniature models are usually 10 times smaller than the original size, sometimes even a dozen times tinier.

Zheng Hongzhang broke the world record with his rendition of miniature models, even the foreign media Reuters shared his photos on their social media account on Instagram.
All the little things come to life, like the street full of garbage we find at the corner of the avenue.

Eventually, Zheng Hong opened a one-piece exhibition, called The Beauty of the Pitstop and the Shop. It showcased the perfect restoration of a grocery store into a 1/16 scale diorama, complete with the asphalt road and wall rust. It was very realistic that people were in awe and stared in disbelief.

Another one of his works, entitled “The Daily Life of Comic Teenagers,” recreates a room full of comics, models, and posters on the walls.

Even a simple Ramen cooking stall, complete with the food presentation, can look very delicious!

Master Zheng Hongzhang’s miniature model dioramas are world-class! Each one of the miniatures looks exactly the same as the real objects. A person can look at the original and diorama photos of the scenes and will never know even through comparisons.
