75-year-old American actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has become a household name all over the world. He rose to fame playing the title role in the 2 Conan movies, and the cyborg T-800 machine in The Terminator films. He has always been known to play the muscular tough guy in several movies. In reality, Arnold is a professional bodybuilder, winning the “Mr. Universe” title when he was only 20 years old, and was a 7-time “Mr. Olympia” title-holder. Today, he still maintains his muscular body shape and works as a training coach. However, he is dubbed “The most expensive fitness trainer in the world” since he charges a high rate per session.

Arnold has been weightlifting since he was 15 years old. At the early age of 20, he has already won the title of Mr. Universe before winning the title of Mr. Olympia 7 times. He has been named one of the greatest bodybuilders and has written several books and articles about bodybuilding. Another event after Mr. Olympia was named after him and was called The Arnold Sports Festival. In 1977, he appeared in a bodybuilding documentary entitled “Pumping Iron”.

At his advanced age, Arnold still lives an active lifestyle, maintaining good exercise and proper training. He rides a bike for 45 minutes to an hour and exercises his strength for 30 minutes. A one-and-a-half hour fitness exercise every day helps him maintain his body mass and avoids various diseases that come with old age.

As of late, Arnold was given a new title, which is “The most expensive fitness trainer in the world”. When he is not filming any movies or shows, he works as a fitness coach in Venice Beach, California, and charges US$150,000 per 1½ hour session. Unsurprisingly, many individuals enrolled in his sessions, and the income was amazing! Although his fee was expensive and the gym made a lot of money, the profit went all to charity.

In the end, Arnold donated the entire income to a charity organization which he maintained for more than 30 years. He helps poor children in the US and is very committed to providing more than 100,000 children with extracurricular activities and free training. He even participated in a charity contest that allowed wealthy families to do good deeds in exchange for the opportunity to get Arnold’s fitness guidance by bidding. Eventually, two families won the bid for $150,000.

Arnold admits that the reason he uses the money he earns from bodybuilding for charity is to help underprivileged children reach their goals and what they can achieve after training. He believes that 70% of American children are left on their own and are not taken seriously since their parents are always busy with work. Most of these children wander and play after coming home from school and miss so many opportunities to learn new things. Aside from charities that cater to children, Arnold also focuses on ethnic groups. He has made donations worth US$1.25 million to assist medical personnel and war veterans. Additionally, he has auctioned off special collections such as cigar boxes, artwork, clothing, and tanks. His sole purpose is to make the world a better place for all citizens.

Arnold Schwarzenegger earns millions of money through years of hard work. As long as he is still fit and able, he would share his earnings to help people in need, especially children. His kind spirit is admirable and respectable.
