To be eligible for the program, applicants must be under 45 years old and agree to live in Albinen for 10 years. Your new home will be worth $230,000.00. However, should you choose to leave Albinen within the 10-year period, the money received should be returned. The advantages of living in Switzerland outweigh any perceived limitations.
